If you enroll in Resolving Reactivity and decide it is not the right fit for you, just email us within 90 days of your purchase.
We’ll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
1-on-1 Help, Private Calls, and Personal Support
Any 1-on-1 help with Matt or another member of our team is refundable for 7 days after purchase, or until the service has been used.
Whichever happens first.
That means if you purchase a private call or personal support option and change your mind before using it, just email us within 7 days and we’ll refund you.
Once the call, session, or personal support service has been used, it is no longer refundable.
Subscriptions & Trial Charges
For any recurring product, subscription, or charge that happens after a free trial ends, you have a 48-hour grace period.
If you are charged and did not mean to continue, email us within 48 hours of the charge. We’ll refund that charge in full.
After the 48-hour grace period, recurring charges are not refundable.
How To Cancel A Subscription
You can cancel any subscription at any time.

Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged again unless you choose to restart it.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past charges unless specifically requested within the 48-hour window.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once we issue the refund, please allow 5-10 for it to appear on your statement. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post it to your account.
